When will my order ship?
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information and or email, your order processing may be delayed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
On average, it will take 2-4 weeks for delivery but shipping has been much faster!
Please note that our clothing is printed on demand to prevent waste due to excess inventory. This means processing times vary according to demand so please take that into account.
Where are your shirts made?
Our shirts are printed and shipped from right here in the U.S.
Will I have to pay International taxes and duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Rethink Earth cannot control and is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Note on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
I need to change or cancel something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. After 24 hours or once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations.
My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
How do I return an item?
At Rethink Earth, we have a very low return rate and we're proud of the products that we offer. However, from time to time, our products may be defective or arrived damaged in shipping. If an item arrives and is defective, broken, or otherwise not in a usable condition, we will first attempt to replace that item for you.
At the time an order is placed, you will be asked to confirm all the details regarding the item's size, design, spelling, etc. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, etc. If you have any prior questions before placing an order, please contact us so we can make sure you are satisfied.
Although many items for sale in our store are final sale, we are happy to accommodate refunds on products that arrive defective, broken, or otherwise not in usable condition. We are not responsible for the longevity of the items as there are many factors that may go into this. Products who are eligible for a return due to defect must be unworn or unused, in its original condition and be sent back with their original packaging.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What if the item(s) I received is defective, incorrect, damaged, or missing?
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is defective, incorrect, damaged or missing. To ensure a smooth return, please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
How long is the return process, and when will I receive my refund?
Processing returns may take up to 5 business days from the day we receive your return. You should receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request.
