REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns. However, we do accept one-time size exchanges and are only possible within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
1.These exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. All items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, free of animal hair and fragrances).
3. Please pack your items with the invoice in the original packaging.
4. Please include your order number within the exchange.
5. We only allow an exchange one time, so please ensure to order the correct size.
6. You will have to pay the return shipping and the postage fee on the new order.
7. Prior to mailing us your package, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request for exchange.
8. After mailing us the item, kindly email us a copy of the receipt an tracking number to email@example.com.
9. As soon as we receive the exchange, we will issue you store credit for your purchase amount minus the cost of postage that will be used to purchase your new item.
Refunds (if applicable)
To claim a refund on an item as specified above as defective or unusable upon arrival, you must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order. The item may need to be sent to us for inspection to see if you qualify for a return.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs and items must be returned with a tracking number because we, unfortunately, cannot be responsible for lost returns. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
